Terms & Conditions — bo99 Platform Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "this Agreement", or "T&Cs") are entered into between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and bo99 (hereinafter referred to as "bo99", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://bo99.bio.

Your use of the bo99 platform constitutes your unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players, regardless of the device, browser, or network connection used to access the platform. These Terms are supplemented by any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the bo99 platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules that may be published from time to time.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and bo99 with respect to your use of the platform. Any prior representations, agreements, or understandings — whether oral or written — are superseded by these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on bo99, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age or older.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person, company, or organisation when registering or placing bets.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or agent of bo99 or any of its affiliated game studio or payment partners.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the bo99 platform or had an account permanently closed for a violation of these Terms.
• You are registering and playing for personal entertainment purposes only, and not for any commercial, professional, or systematic advantage-seeking purpose that would constitute abuse of the platform.

bo99 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any stage of your use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents upon request may result in account suspension pending review, or permanent closure if verification cannot be completed within a reasonable time frame.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full features of the bo99 platform, you must register a player account via the bo99 Login portal. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and valid Bangladeshi mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the bo99 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same person — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. bo99 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify multi-account activity. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be closed, bonuses forfeited, and any outstanding bonus-derived winnings voided.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bo99 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as a mandatory part of the account lifecycle. KYC may be triggered at registration, before processing a first withdrawal, at account milestones (cumulative deposits or withdrawals exceeding defined thresholds), or at any time at bo99's discretion. You may be requested to submit:

• A government-issued photo identity document (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within three months)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account confirming the registered mobile number)
• Source of funds documentation where deposits or withdrawals exceed defined thresholds

Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC. bo99 will not be liable for delays in withdrawals caused by a player's failure to complete KYC in a timely manner.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bo99 Login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. bo99 strongly recommends enabling 2FA via the account security settings.

bo99 will never contact you by email, telephone, or chat to ask for your full password or 2FA code. Any communication purporting to be from bo99 requesting this information should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately to [email protected]. You must notify bo99 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bo99 currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT):

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Cards: Visa, Mastercard
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank

bo99 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice. The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your location, account status, or transaction history.

4.2 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by bo99 at the platform level, though individual payment providers (such as bKash and Nagad) impose their own per-transaction and daily limits which you are responsible for understanding. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Deposits are generally credited to your bo99 account balance within seconds for bKash and Nagad transactions. Processing times for bank card and bank transfer deposits may vary. bo99 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the payment method used for deposits where applicable. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering and protect all parties.

bo99 targets withdrawal processing times of under two hours for bKash and Nagad. Bank card and bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. bo99 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. KYC must be fully completed before any withdrawal can be approved.

bo99 reserves the right to decline or reverse a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, bo99 will notify you via your registered email address and explain the reason for the decision.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the bo99 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), denoted by the ৳ symbol. bo99 does not impose currency conversion on Bangladeshi players. Displaying balances, bet amounts, and winnings in BDT is a core design principle of the bo99 platform.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bo99 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus amounts are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The specific multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) will be stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Check each promotion's terms for the applicable contribution rates.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. You may not stack multiple bonuses simultaneously unless a specific promotion explicitly permits this.
• Expiry: Bonuses and associated winnings expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated time period (typically 7 to 30 days, as specified in each promotion's terms).
• Abuse: Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to multi-accounting, use of VPNs to circumvent eligibility restrictions, arbitrage betting, or coordinated play with other accounts — will have all bonuses voided and their account reviewed for closure.
• bo99's Discretion: bo99 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. We also reserve the right to exclude individual players from promotions at our discretion.

6. Game Rules & Betting Conduct

• Sports Betting: All bets placed on the bo99 sportsbook are final once confirmed. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, the applicable void/settlement rules published in the sportsbook terms will determine bet resolution.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a platform technical malfunction, disconnection, or server error during a game session, bo99 will attempt to resolve the situation fairly. 7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the bo99 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with all applicable laws and these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or KYC information
• Creating or operating more than one player account
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or bet
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in any way
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such discoveries must be reported immediately to [email protected]
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financially criminal activity through the platform
• Accessing the platform via a VPN, proxy, or any service designed to disguise your true geographic location or identity
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bo99 staff or other platform users in any communication channel

8. Account Suspension & Closure

bo99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player account at any time and without prior notice if there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms
• The player's account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity
• The player has requested self-exclusion via the responsible gaming tools
• The player has not passed KYC verification within the required timeframe
• The account shows signs of unauthorised access or security compromise
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the bo99 platform

In cases of voluntary account closure, players may submit a written request to [email protected]. bo99 will process the closure within a reasonable timeframe, provided that all pending bets have been settled, all active bonus terms have been resolved, and any outstanding KYC requirements have been satisfied. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after deducting any bonuses or bonus-derived funds.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the bo99 platform — including but not limited to the bo99 brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, user interface elements, game thumbnails, marketing materials, promotional copy, and written content — is the intellectual property of bo99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bo99 platform solely for your personal entertainment. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any bo99 platform content. Unauthorised use of bo99's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bo99, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliated partners shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the bo99 platform
• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to take reasonable security precautions
• Interruptions to service caused by maintenance, technical failures, third-party infrastructure issues, or events beyond bo99's reasonable control
• Losses arising from decisions you made based on information displayed on the platform that was subsequently found to be inaccurate due to a technical error
• Any gambling losses resulting from your use of the platform — you acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that losses are a normal outcome of gambling activity

Nothing in these Terms shall limit bo99's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The bo99 platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Amendments to These Terms

bo99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bo99 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the platform. However, continued use of the bo99 platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure that you remain informed of the current version. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bo99 is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and efficiently.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your bo99 account, any game outcome, a payment transaction, or any other aspect of the platform, you should first contact the bo99 support team at [email protected]. The support team will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 14 business days. If you remain dissatisfied with the outcome, bo99 may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution process.

bo99 operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to SSL encryption, fair play standards, and the protection of player interests. All times referenced in these Terms or in communications with players are expressed in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).
